1. No Returns

Borbotom does not accept returns of any goods.

2. Exchange Policy

  • Exchanges are only accepted if the product is damaged or faulty.
  • Customers must provide unboxing video proof and report the issue within 24 hours of delivery via email at mail@borbotom.in.

3. Refunds

  • Refunds are only provided if an exchange is not possible.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days to the original payment method.
